Effective Date: September 7, 2026
This Refund Policy governs all purchases, fixed-fee infrastructure packages, and service deployments completed through SendAndChil at sendandchill.com. By completing a payment for our specialized, delegated email infrastructure services, Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Strictly Non-Refundable Nature of Services
SendAndChill delivers specialized, custom digital engineering and delegated email infrastructure configuration ($600 to $1,850+ per tier). Due to the immediate allocation of technical engineering time, proprietary setup procedures, and non-recoverable digital labor, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.
- Immediate Execution: Upon successful checkout, digital infrastructure resources are allocated, and engineering setup procedures commence immediately.
- No Prorated or Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial, prorated, or conditional refunds once a project has been purchased, regardless of project stage or completion percentage.
- Digital Deliverable Nature: Because technical DNS adjustments, cryptographic record generation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and delegated workspace configurations cannot be “returned,” traditional physical product return mechanisms do not apply.
2. Client Responsibilities and Operational Delays
The successful execution and delivery of our Services rely on prompt cooperation from the Client to grant delegated administrative access (via Google Workspace, domain registrars, or DNS management panels).
- Delays by the Client in granting required delegated authorizations or providing necessary domain information do not alter the non-refundable status of the transaction.
- If a Client fails to provide necessary access within thirty (30) days of purchase, SendAndChill reserves the right to pause or mark the order as complete without obligation to issue a refund.
3. Deliverability Performance Disclaimer
SendAndChill provides strict technical authentication and infrastructure compliance setup. We do not guarantee specific email campaign performance, inbox placement percentages, open rates, or immunity from third-party spam filters, as these outcomes depend on client sending habits, volume, domain history, and message content.
Unsatisfactory outreach results or third-party inbox provider actions (e.g., account flagging by Google or Microsoft due to sending practices) do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
4. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
SendAndChill operates with full transparency regarding service deliverables and terms. Initiating an unauthorized credit card chargeback or payment processor dispute without first contacting SendAndChill to resolve service inquiries constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
In the event of a dispute, SendAndChill reserves the right to provide this Policy, along with proof of checkout acceptance, server logs, DNS propagation records, and delegated access logs, directly to Stripe and relevant banking institutions to defend the transaction.
